El anuncio vino despu\u00e9s de haber participado en la cata a ciegas, organizada en enero, donde participaban m\u00e1s de cien vinos diferentes procedentes de todas partes del mundo. Tres de los mejores expertos sobre vino de la revista, fueron los encargados de realizar la cata. Nuestro Silvestris 2015 \u00a0elaborado como hace miles de a\u00f1os: solo con una fermentaci\u00f3n espontanea del mosto conseguida gracias a las levaduras silvestres, sin a\u00f1adir ning\u00fan otro tipo de ingrediente o aditivo. Este maravilloso vino muestra el potencial de las abruptas monta\u00f1as del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gratavinum.com\/priorat-1000-years-of-history-60-years-do\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Priorat<\/a>. En la cata a ciegas Simon Woolf, Andrew Jefford, and Sarah Jane Evans estudiaron todos los detalles de cada vino para poder calificarlos.
