The 0live tree and vines are the two reference points that feed the Mediterranean culture, and we have always found together in the hand, whether sharing the land on which grow on the table or to be enjoyed. Driven by a passion for nature and convinced of the benefits that the Mediterranean diet contributes to our food, the family decided to start this project Cusiné looking for the link between oil and health.
Arbequina olives selected for the development of olive Gratavinum have been organically grown and come from the few trees we have in our farms, which historically has shared its space with the vine.
This oil is intended to be our modest contribution to the Mediterranean culture.
